This application, developed by The Women Wings Foundation as part of the Create to Heal (TM) program, aims to facilitate a gentle transition from intellectual analysis to emotional connection, serving as a foundation for the healing journey. Recognizing that stress is a primary factor in the development of numerous serious health conditions, including cancer, the primary objective of this app is to offer relief from stress through carefully curated imagery, sounds, and affirming words.

The guided meditations, musical compositions, and visual art featured within this platform have been empirically tested over a five-year period across multiple hospitals and cancer treatment centers. The program has been utilized by hundreds of patients, survivors, and their families. Consistent feedback highlights its efficacy: "This experience provides a sense of peace and joy. I feel calmer and more relaxed."

Through this digital resource, patients are empowered with tools to continue their creative therapy and stress management practices beyond clinical settings—whether at home, at work, or in other environments.

The Create to Heal app includes 10 music tracks, 4 guided meditations, 36 pieces of original artwork, and over 60 inspirational messages titled Messages in the Moment (TM). Engaging with creative expression fosters feelings of Joy, Faith, and Hope, integral elements in the healing process.
